Australian Orders: These will be shipped to the address listed in your My Ticketek account.

International Orders: Orders with International addresses will not be shipped. Any customers with international addresses will be able to collect their Souvenir Ticket from the venue box office on event day.

Souvenir Ticket – Frequently Asked Questions

  • Souvenir Tickets will be posted and arrive no later than one week prior to the event. Please ensure your delivery address is up to date in your My Ticketek account.
  • Souvenir Tickets will be dispatched via AusPost.
  • Souvenir Tickets will be available for sale during all pre-sales.
  • Customer names will not be printed on the Souvenir Tickets.
  • If you have not received your Souvenir Ticket one week prior to your event, please contact: souvenirtickets@ticketek.com.au to arrange a replacement.
