Vouchers expire 3 years after the purchase date.
Vouchers are valid for any performance at the Festival Theatre, Dunstan Playhouse, Space Theatre and Her Majesty’s Theatre and are at all times subject to availability of seats.
Vouchers can be purchased or redeemed online at ticketek.com.au or by calling 1300 11 10 11 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Vouchers can also be purchased in person at the Ticketek Agency (located at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticket Office, Port Road, Hindmarsh) It is open Monday–Tuesday from 11 am to 4 pm and Wednesday–Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, with extended hours on event days.
Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Vouchers are issued by Ticketek and are non-refundable except as required by law including the Australian Consumer Law.
Gift Vouchers are partially redeemable. If the cost of the ticket purchase exceeds the redeemable value of an Adelaide Festival Centre Voucher, the voucher holder is required to pay the difference between the transaction total and the value of the particular Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Voucher. The full value of any unused credit remaining on an Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Voucher must be redeemed before alternative payment methods will be accepted for the outstanding balance of the transaction.
Multiple Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Vouchers may be used as payment for a single transaction, up to a limit of $1,000 worth of Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Vouchers per transaction.
If the transaction total at redemption is less than the value of the Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Voucher used for redemption, the residual credit balance of the Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Voucher will remain on the particular voucher and may be redeemed prior to the expiry date in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged or used to purchase further Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Vouchers.
Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Vouchers are not reloadable. When the total value of an Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Voucher is redeemed, the particular voucher cannot be reloaded.
Ticketek may cancel an Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Voucher, refuse redemption or cancel tickets purchased using an Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Voucher if it suspects that an Adelaide Festival Centre Gift Voucher is being used fraudulently, in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or it has reason to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
