Venues Canberra Hospitality Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • If a match is cancelled ahead of the event date, re-scheduled or significantly modified by Sydney Thunder and Venues Canberra due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Sydney Thunder and Venues Canberra reasonable control, Venues Canberra will offer the booking holder the options to attend the rescheduled match (subject to ticket price adjustment), receive a refund, credit or ticket exchange for another event managed by Venues Canberra.
  • Venues Canberra will not issue refunds for any cancellations made by the client less than fourteen (14) days prior to the match.
  • Venues Canberra may issue a refund if a cancellation is received in writing within seven (7) days of the purchase transaction and more than fourteen (14) days prior to the match.
